Any old craft site sells them. Joann's, michael's, hobby lobby. I like Joann's, because you can use coupons. ^_^

HEY GUIZ! I have a quick question! I have a Hat (ciel phantomhive to be exact) and it wont fit on my head with my wig on. Does anyone know a how to wear it without it toppling down?
